We do everything we can to make shopping on this site easy and worry-free. Please read the details of our shopping policy for the full picture of the care we are taking with your shopping experience.

When you order online you will be sent an automated e-mail immediately to confirm that your order has been received at the web site. We will regularly process orders from the web site, and check them to see that we accept the orders. It is only at this point that your order is accepted by us. If for any reason we do not accept your order we will e-mail you. Please give your correct e-mail address, and do not block our replies with a spam filter, as otherwise you will not receive our e-mails about your order.

We try to keep all prices up to date, but if we have made a mistake and find the price of the goods are significantly different than the price on the shopping cart, then we will e-mail you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the new price. Your order is only accepted once we agree that the prices are correct. All pricing is in UK Pounds.

Value Added Tax (VAT) at 15% is charged on the value of all goods applicable.

Once event tickets have been purchased they can only be refunded if Darts Farm is able to re-sell the place(s).

Faulty goods will be replaced at our expense. If you receive goods that are faulty, please post them straight back to us with a covering letter explaining the problem, and we will replace them and refund your postage costs. If a fault occurs after using the item for a while, then please contact us first.

If any provision of these Conditions is held by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any jurisdiction in whole or in part, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
