Philip has years of experience in hand selecting the very best livestock and you'll often find him visiting farms for the butchery or judging at the most prestigious national livestock shows.
At the butchery Philip leads the front of house team to ensure the very best customer experience. Philip never needs any excuse to get the barbecue out and loves experimenting with different cuts.
Brother Alastair's keen eye for precision means that he's often prepping, cutting and slicing his way to perfection, ensuring everything at the butchery is perfect.
By coordinating the production side of the business he ensures - along with the team - that everything is of the highest standards. As for food, he loves a roast - he'd have one everyday if he could!
