FAQ's

  1. How do I book a table for the restaurant? To book a table in our restaurant, please call 01392 878201 or email restaurant@dartsfarm.co.uk. Please note that we do not take bookings on the weekend and your booking is only confirmed once you receive a response. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  2. Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we sell Darts Farm Gift Cards. These can be purchased online , at the farmshop or gift tills, or over the phone by calling 01392 878209. The gift card can be spent in our Food Hall, Gift Department, Deli, Butchers, Florist & Restaurant. Unfortunately, these can not be used in our concessions, which include: Cotswold Outdoors, RSPB, Orange Tree, Aga and Fired Earth.
  3. Are dogs allowed at Darts Farm? Dogs are welcome on site, but not in the actual farm shop or restaurant. They are allowed on our farm walk, fields and play area. 
  4. Do you have a product in stock? If you wish to find out whether a particular product is in stock, please call 01392 878200.
  5. Do you do late night shopping? Our farm shop is open until 7pm from Monday - Saturday. During the festive period, we are open until 9pm every Wednesday in December before Christmas.
  6. Lost property? If you believe that you have lost any belongings at Darts Farm, please call 01392 878200.
  7. How do I order from the butchers? To place an order with the Darts Farm Butchers, please call 01392 878322 or email thebutchers@dartsfarm.co.uk
