Join us for a unique evening in The Farm Table as we are joined by Janet Sawyer MBE BEM, founder of LittlePod to celebrate the launch of her new book, 'Real Vanilla: Natures Unsung Hero'.

Janet will share her inspiring story - a 15 year mission to save real vanilla, the people that grow it and reconnect chefs and food lovers with this precious crop. Discover how her work has championed sustainable farming and highlighted its environmental and cultural significance, at a time when 97% of vanilla used in the West is artificial and the future of real vanilla hangs in the balance.

We also hope to be joined by Dr Made Setiawan, Janet's vanilla farmer from their collaborative forest orchard located in Bali, Indonesia. Together they have established a polyculture system that regenerates rainforest and supports local communities.
