FAQ's
- Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we sell Darts Farm Gift Cards. These can be purchased online , at the farmshop, gift tills, or over the phone by calling 01392 878209. The gift card can be spent in our Food Hall, Gift Department, Deli, Butchers, Florist & Eateries. Unfortunately, these can not be used in our concessions, which include: Cotswold Outdoors, RSPB, Orange Tree, Aga and Fired Earth. Darts Farm - Store Gift Cards
- Wellness Spa gift cards? We can do physical or digital Gift Cards. These can be ordered online via the Wellness Spa page or call 01392 878295.
- Booking our Eateries? The Yard Restaurant & Cow & Cacao Cafe are walk-ins only. The Farm Table can be booked here: The Farm Table | Darts Farm
- Are dogs allowed at Darts Farm? Dogs are welcome on our farm walk, fields and play area, however they are not allowed inside the Farm Shop. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the bar seating area of Cow & Cacao, the Terrace Bar and outdoors in the Yard Restuarant courtyard.
- Do you have Electric Vehicle chargers? Yes, we have Tesla Superchargers that can be used on other EVs with CCS compatibility https://www.tesla.com/en_US/findus/location/service/exetersupercharger. To see how to charge your non tesla please view https://www.tesla.com/app/landing?product=nontesla
- Do you have a product in stock? If you wish to find out whether a particular product is in stock, please call 01392 878205.
- Do you do late night shopping? Our farm shop is open until 7pm from Monday - Saturday. During the festive period, we are open until 9pm every Wednesday in December before Christmas.
- Lost property? If you believe that you have lost any belongings at Darts Farm, please call 01392 878200 or emial [email protected].
- How do I order from the butchers? To place an order with the Darts Farm Butchers, please order online, call 01392 878322 or email [email protected]
- When do the Maize Maze & Pick Your Own Sunflowers open? The date varies each year depending on the weather, however we usually expect the maze and sunflowers to be ready from mid to late August. When an opening date has been announced, you will be able to find it on our website, social media & email newsletter!
- Where should I stay if I am visiting the Farm Shop & Pebblebed Vineyards? We recommend The George and the Dragon for a nearby stay – they’re right next door to us at Darts Farm, and if you’re attending one of our Pebblebed tours it is also walking distance from the Vineyard! There are lots of lovely hotels and B&Bs in the local villages, but for something a little special, we would definitely recommend Lympstone Manor.
