General Visiting Information
What are your opening hours? All our opening hours for each department can be found on our website here: Contact Us Details & Information | Darts Farm
Do you do late night shopping? Our farm shop is open until 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
Is there parking on site? Yes, we have free on-site parking for all visitors, including dedicated accessible parking bays near the main entrance.
Is Darts Farm accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility needs? Yes, our site is step-free with accessible parking, toilets, and wide walkways throughout the Farm Shop and Eateries. Please ask a member of staff if you need any assistance.
Are dogs allowed at Darts Farm? Dogs are welcome on our farm walk, fields and play area, however they are not allowed inside the Farm Shop. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar seating area of Cow & Cacao, the Terrace Bar, and outdoors in the Yard Restaurant courtyard.
Do you have Electric Vehicle chargers? Yes, we have Tesla Superchargers that can be used by other EVs with CCS compatibility. Find the charger location here. To see how to charge your non-Tesla vehicle, please view this guide.

Where should I stay if I am visiting the Farm Shop & Pebblebed Vineyard? We recommend The George and the Dragon for a nearby stay – they're right next door to us at Darts Farm, and if you're attending one of our Pebblebed tours it is also walking distance from the Vineyard! There are lots of lovely hotels and B&Bs in the local villages, but for something a little special, we would definitely recommend Lympstone Manor.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards? Yes, we sell Darts Farm Gift Cards. These can be purchased online, at the farm shop, or over the phone by calling 01392 878209. The gift card can be spent in our Food Hall, Gift Department, Deli, Butchers, Florist & Eateries. Unfortunately, these cannot be used in our concessions, which include: Cotswold Outdoors, Orange Tree, Cycen and Indigenous. Darts Farm - Store Gift Cards
Do Wellness Spa gift cards work the same way? We offer physical or digital Gift Cards specifically for the Wellness Spa. These can be ordered online via the Wellness Spa page or by calling 01392 878295.
Eateries
Do I need to book, and which of your eateries take bookings? The Yard Restaurant & Cow & Cacao Café are walk-ins only. The Farm Table can be booked here: The Farm Table | Darts Farm
Are dogs allowed in the eateries? Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar seating area of Cow & Cacao, the Terrace Bar, and outdoors in the Yard Restaurant courtyard.
Do your eateries cater for dietary requirements or allergies? Yes, our menus cater for a variety of dietary requirements. Please let a member of the team know about any allergies when ordering, or ask to see our allergen information.
Do you offer private dining or event hosting? Yes, The Farm Table. Please email [email protected] to discuss private dining or event bookings.

Can I place a Christmas or special occasion order in advance? Yes, we recommend ordering in advance for busy periods such as Christmas. You can order online or contact the Butchers directly on 01392 878203

Seasonal Events
When do the Maize Maze & Pick Your Own Sunflowers open? The date varies each year depending on the weather, however we usually expect the maze and sunflowers to be ready from mid to late August. When an opening date has been announced, you will be able to find it on our website, social media, and email newsletter.
Can I book a Pebblebed Vineyard tour? Yes, tours can be booked via our website. Tours run from May - September on Thursdays & Saturdays. Please see the Pebblebed Vineyard page for available dates and pricing.
When is Tulip Fest? Tulip Fest runs in the spring, when our fields burst into colour with thousands of blooming tulips. Please check our website, social media, and email newsletter for confirmed opening dates.
When is Pumpkin Fest? Pumpkin Fest takes place in the autumn, with pick-your-own pumpkins and family activities. Please check our website, social media, and email newsletter for confirmed opening dates.
