Our food hall champions flavour, quality & eating with the seasons; from our freshly handpicked vegetables & raw honey from our hives, to our small-batch, single origin bean-to-bar chocolate. As well as our own produce, we pride ourselves on working with small-scale, family run, artisan producers who share our passion for creating something with provenance and meaning, growing or sourcing the best ingredients & respecting time-honoured traditions.

By supporting these producers, not only can you put the best produce on your table, but also put food on the tables of local dairy farmers, butchers, bakers, confectioners, veg growers, cider makers, distillers and everyone who makes up the rich tapestry of our countryside culture.

Where we are unable to source locally, we go to our friends across Europe and the rest of the world to find and source the best artisan foods, that are celebrated in their local areas.
