If unfortunately your parcel/goods arrive damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel on 01392 878279 (Monday to Friday 9am -5pm) or email@example.com . Please note that all items need to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, they must be complete and in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items of goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the returns slip, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel(s) fail to reach us. Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers (the cost of this will be deducted from your refund, with the exception of faulty items) - simply call 01392 878279 during office hours and our customer service team will be able to advise you.
