Join us & iconic duo Mark Hix & Mitch Tonks in The Farm Table. Mark & Mitch will be cooking a unique 5-course seasonal menu, combining their celebrated styles with produce from our farm.
This promises to be a special evening of stories, tales & a lifetime of friendship through food!
The evening will be co-hosted by Sophia from Quinta de la Rosa; the fantastic winemaker behind the duos collaborative wines; Tonnix.
Tonnix Wines
The evening will be co-hosted by Sophia Berqvist of Quinta de la Rosa in the Douro Valley in Portugal, whom Mark & Mitch have collaborated with to create their range of Tonnix wines. Sophia will share the journey they’ve been on throughout the years & talk us through each of the wines. The wines will be available to buy by the glass, carafe, bottle, magnum & jeroboam!
