topped with oven charred peppers, capers, parsley and extra virgin olive oil

Flagged Sirloin Fillet with Marco's Chimichurri
sirloin fillet steak served on a bed of wild rocket & tomatoes, topped with mozzarella and homemade chimichurri, made to traditional Uruguayan recipe.

Wood-Fired Pizza
get hands on creating your own combinations with fresh, seasonal ingredients

Charred Nectarine
glazed with honey, served with Cow & Cacao vanilla gelato and chocolate shavings

We will be cooking on Delivita Wood-Fired Ovens during this event, however all skills can be transferred onto whatever oven you are using at home!

About Marco

Growing up on the seaside coast of Emilia Romagna, like most Italians, Marco grew up with two focal points, food and family.

This was where his passion for hunter gathering, seasonal recipes, and cooking with fire began. From hosting families in the French alps, learning to barbeque in the Philippines, mastering an ’asado' in Argentina, to running a hotel on the little island of Paxos in Greece, Marco spent 10 years travelling, sharing food and making friends before settling in the UK and beginning his next journey with DeliVita.
