Join us and our good friend Barny Butterfield, founder of Sandford Orchards, in The Farm Table for a celebration of Devon Cider, as we discover the tale of Franklin's Night and toast to what we are hoping will be a bumper harvest crop this season!

What is Franklin's Night

Your evening will include...

~ A welcome drink & with nibbles ~
crispy mushroom & black garlic mayo, charcuterie, crispy cauliflower with a cider dressing, pork apple sausage roll & red onion jam, pork rillette with crackers & apple puree

~ A live performance from the Mummers ~
who will tell the tale of Franklin's through a comic performance

~ A seriously good Darts Farm Ruby Red Burger with 2 paired ciders ~
a beef marrow burger with cheese & homemade relish, with sesame slaw fries

~ Finishing up with a delicious 'Devon Mess' pudding & another paired cider ~
poached apple, cinnamon cream, chocolate brownie, apple gel & gelato
