Dedicate a Rose in Memory

This year we will be holding our very first Garden of Light with Hospicare here at Darts Farm. Our front field will transform into a serene display of white rose lights, where you can remember a loved one by treasuring them by dedicating a rose to them.

The garden will open to visitors on 12th - 23rd Novemeber, from 4pm-8pm.

Each dedication will support Hospiscares compassionate end-of-life care for families across Exeter, Central and East Devon.

Placing Your Dedication

Your pre-ordered tribute marker can be collected in person from the garden from 12th Novemeber, for you to handwrite and place where you wish. For those not able to attend, our volunteers will write and place your tribute on your behlaf. If you would like to know where your tribute has been placed, we reccomend writing and placing your dedication when you visit. As the garden will contain many dedications, we regret we will be unable to pinpoint your personal marker after its placed.

We hope you enjoy this peaceful way of remebering a loved one and supporting Hospiscare, a charity that cares for our loved ones.

Over the years, as a community we have raised an amazing £181,393.38 for Hospiscare with our Pick Your Own Sunflowers, Summer Walk, Santa’s Grotto, Easter Egg & more initiative. Together we can help fund the amazing work that the team at Hospiscare do:

£36.50 Funds an hour of specialist bereavement support
£43.58 Covers an hour of care on our ward
£64.19 Funds a weekend nurse home visit
