Our Master Butchers...

We believe in sourcing the finest quality, locally produced and reared meat. All our meat is traceable, with much of it sourced within a few miles of Darts Farm.

We have our own herd of Ruby Red cattle, a native Devon breed, and are passionate about producing the highest quality beef. Our animals are slow grown to their natural maturity, making for the best taste and texture.

Expertly led by Alastair and Philip David, our Master Butchers have an excellent reputation for producing the very finest meats.
