Crafted by our Head Winemaker, Alex, at our Pebblebed Vineyard; using the traditional Champagne method, with a minimum of two years on lees (fermenting) in the Pebblebed cellars, before the sediment is removed in the winery. The blend of Seyval Blanc and Rondo grapes make for delicate red berry and rose petal flavours, balanced with a fresh acidity.
After lots of trial events, some fine-tuning and really helpful feedback from our wonderful community of customers, friends and family, we are finally ready for the grand opening of our new restaurant, The Farm Table and our Terrace Bar and we can't wait to welcome you through the doors.
The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm & into the fire, celebrating the simplicity of beautiful ingredients grown, reared, caught & crafted on our doorstep. We aim to get as much from our farm onto your table as possible and if it’s not from our farm it’s from our vibrant community of like-minded artisan food producers, farmers & fisherman who share our passion.
We are so excited to announce that our Cow & Cacao Café is finally open! The feedback from our customers so far has been amazing... and if you haven't yet visited, we can't wait to welcome you in! As you may know, we have transformed our old Deli Bar seating area into an artisan gelato and bean-to-bar chocolatier, complete with a café where you can try our fresh, handmade treats.
From smoothie bowls, banana bread, homemade waffles and indulgent gelato sundaes; to sourdough pizzas, Ruby Red steaks and seasonal fish; there is something for everyone! Not forgetting our loose leaf tea, locally roasted coffee, fresh milkshakes & smoothies… or even a glass of our Pebblebed fizz from the cellar!
