Thursday 12th February, 7pm Join us for an intimate evening at The Farm Table as wine guru, Tim French takes us on a journey through France’s most iconic wine regions. Each course will celebrate regional gastronomy, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines chosen by Tim.
Tim began his wine career at Lea & Sandeman, before spending thirteen years at Fortnum & Mason. There, he first served as Wine Buyer, developing their celebrated own-label range and launching a new wine department, before stepping into the role of Buying Director, expanding his expertise across fine wine, tea, chocolate, and hampers. Today he runs Halo Wines, an independent & dynamic business rooted in curiosity, integrity, and a shared belief in wines of character. Their focus is on championing producers
who farm sustainably, work thoughtfully in the cellar and make wines that speak of place. Whether long-established estates or exciting new voices, every producer in the portfolio has been chosen for the quality of their work and the authenticity of their story.
