RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department.
Assist in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
You’ll have the opportunity to work both day and night shifts in The Farm Table and main daytime restaurant.
To be fully aware of the Company’s Food policy and food handlers’ responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations.
To ensure exceptional standards of service are consistently achieved.
To carry out kitchen duties in a professional and detail orientated manner, reporting to the Head & Sous chefs.

REQUIREMENTS:

We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about produce, provenance & sustainability
Ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.
Experience within a busy kitchen environment & ability to work well under pressure.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Curiosity & appetite for learning
