What we need...
We're seeking highly motivated Bar and Front of House Supervisors to help lead & inspire our team in The Farm Table Restaurant. Recently awarded Two AA Rosettes and featured in Britain’s Top 100 Local Restaurants, we take pride in creating memorable experiences rooted in authenticity, provenance, and passion.
We’re seeking a highly motivated individuals to support and inspire our Front of House team. This role is for someone who gets a buzz from making someone's day, thrives under pressure in a busy environment, continually drives standards & has great people skills.
As part of our Front of House leadership, you’ll be delivering service with soul. Making guests feel at home, creating memorable experiences, and building lasting relationships. We will provide you with full training and support, to help you to build your knowledge and passion for local & artisan produce, understand the relationships we have with our producers and providing the best customer experience. If you bring your passion and enthusiasm, we will help you with the rest.
Duties
- Support the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Give exceptional customer service & inspire others to follow your lead.
- Assist in training new staff.
- Assist with ordering & inventory management where necessary.
