Discover everything you need to know about outdoor cooking... Experience the joy of cooking incredible food, straight off our farm with the Big Green Egg and take your BBQ skills to the next level.
This masterclass involves:
-How to properly light and set up the Big Green Egg for optimal cooking & temperature management.
-Various cooking methods including direct grilling, smoking, roasting
-How to cook signature dishes such as beer can chicken, Ruby Red steaks & seasonal vegetables on the coals
-The importance of selecting the right cuts of meat and fresh ingredients
-Tips and tricks for cooking over fire to enhance flavour and texture
