An evening with legendary winemaker Vincent Bouzereau
Wednesday 24th April, at 7pm in The Farm Table.
We are incredibly excited to be welcoming our friend & legendary winemaker Vincent Bouzereau to The Farm Table for what will be an unforgettable evening.
We first met Vincent & his wife, Aline in Meursault back in 2014. After instantly hitting it off, we have visited them nearly every year since, with 5 of their 6 children coming over to work a summer here at Darts Farm.
Vincent is the 10th generation to grow & make wine in the world famous village of Meursault, with his Domaine now spanning 10 hectares across the most iconic appellations in the Cote de Beaune. His approach to winemaking is natural, following biodynamic principles in the vineyard & fermenting on indigenous yeasts to give a true expression of terroir.
Expect an evening of world class wine, Burgundian cuisine, plenty of stories & if we’re lucky, a few songs!
