Wednesday 22nd November, at 7pm in The Farm Table.
We are very excited to welcome winemaker Roberto Zeno founder of Enoz Wines and wine experts Marc Millon and Gennaro Elfuso of Natural Growth Wine to The Farm Table.
Throughout the evening, they will lead us through a tasting of 5 amazing wines from Roberto's family vineyard; paired with a delicious 5-course menu created by Tom & our team of amazing chefs in The Farm Table.
About ENOZ
Roberto Zeno, together with his two daughters, carry on the family tradition of Winemakers for several generations.
Roberto cultivates his vines under biodynamic rules in a extinct volcano just just north from Naples in Roccamonfina. The family farm and vineyard has a truly unique soil-microclimate; a meeting point between sea and land that gives their wines an unmistakable characteristic. The family team hand harvest the grapes before fermenting in large amphora containers to enhance the aromas and scents of the grapes; a process that has been used in the region since the Roman Empire.
