Hospitality at Darts Farm is growing and we are expanding our talented kitchen and front of house team.
As we launch our exciting new restaurant, The Farm Table, along with Cow and Cacao, our artisan Gelato and Bean to Bar Chocolatier; we have got some rare and unique opportunities for driven, dynamic and enthusiastic people to join our team – from inspiring leaders to those who want to learn.
The Farm Table is all about taking food off the farm and into the fire. From our iconic Ruby Red beef, dry-aged by our Master Butchers and fresh fish caught on local day boats to seasonal vegetables picked from our fields each morning, all grilled over glowing charcoal embers. In the wood-fired oven we’ll be creating slow fermented sourdough pizza topped with world class artisan cheese & charcuterie from our talented producer friends. Award-winning wines from our own Pebblebed Vineyard will be poured alongside our favourite hand selected wines, beers, ciders & spirits from the cellar. In addition, our in-house cidermaker, Barny from Sandford Orchards, will be crafting unique and ground-breaking small-batch ciders in our Cidery.
