Fresh from the fields, our hand-picked chard is the perfect, healthy addition to this quick and tasty omelette.
STEP 1: Heat a large non-stick frying pan and add the diced shallot with a dash of olive oil, sauté for a few minutes until soft, then add the diced prosciutto.
STEP 2: Once crisp, add in the chard and your seasoning (we love sea salt and red pepper flakes), continue to heat for a few moments until the chard is wilted.
STEP 3: Remove filling from the pan, wipe the pan out and add a tad more oil into the pan, return to heat
STEP 4: Whisk the eggs and buttermilk before adding them to the pan. Lift the edges of the omlette while tilting the pan throughout cooking to allow the uncooked egg to spread.
STEP 5: Once the omlette is almost cooked, put the cheese and precooked filling across one half, then fold over the omlette and serve.
STEP 6: Garnish with a fresh side salad or opt for some home-cooked chips for a treat.
