Frozen Chocolate Strawberries

When strawberries are in season, nothing beats them!

Enjoy this recipie as a dessert or refreshing snack on a warm summers day.

Cook time: 15 minutes (freezer)

Ingredients

Punnet of fresh Devon Strawberries
Your choice of chocolate (dark, milk, white)

Wash and thoroughly dry fresh strawberries.
Remove the stems (and optionally cut strawberries in half).
Melt your choice of chocolate (dark, milk, or white) in short intervals until smooth.
Dip each strawberry fully into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
Freeze for about 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
(Optional) Dip a second time for a thicker coating and freeze again for another 15 minutes.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
Enjoy straight from the freezer for a firm, refreshing treat!
