Make healthier pancakes with this amazing recipe! Simply top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, honey & fruit.
1/2 Cup of Pimhill porridge Oats
1/2 Cup of a fruit of your choice (we love them with blueberries!)
2 tbsp. of Greek Yogurt
A drizzle of Darts Farm Honey (optional)
Put the egg, banana and oats in a blender and pulse until smooth.
Heat a tsp of coconut oil in a pan on a medium/low heat.
Once the oil is hot enough pour the batter in to make small pancakes.
Plate up the pancakes and serve with a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkling of your chosen fruit and a drizzle of honey.
