400g Darts Farm Brussels Sprouts 
150g Parmigiano San Pietro Parmesan 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Trim the bottoms off your sprouts and halve them lengthways.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and grate over the Parmesan in a thin layer. Drizzle with olive oil and place the sprouts on top, cut side down. Drizzle more olive oil over the top.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25 mins until the sprouts are golden and crispy.
  5. Enjoy!
