The Farm Table Sweetcorn Ribs

Enjoy the first of the season corn with this super simple, seasonal & delicious summer recipe!

Difficulty:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: until they're golden brown!

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Take the husk off of the corn and wash.
Cut in half, then in half again till you have 4-8 pieces about a fingers length.
Deep fry at 190 till they float, are golden brown and curl slightly.
Remove from the frier and toss through bbq rub of your choice
