A Record Breaking Summer of Sunflowers

Thank you to everyone who joined us out in the summer sunshine and fresh air to pick a beautiful bunch of yellow flowers. With your help, we have been able to raise an incredible £11,500. A donation that will make a significant impact to our community.

"Thanks to the amazing efforts of the Dart’s Farm team — and especially The Topsham Friends of Hospiscare, who volunteered their time and energy — this wonderful fundraiser was a huge success, because of everyone’s generosity, an incredible £11,500 has been raised for Hospiscare!

This phenomenal donation will make such a meaningful difference to us and the local families we are currently supporting, it will help fund 11 full days (264 hrs) of specialist end of life care on our in-patient ward in Exeter.

From all of us at Hospiscare, thank you to everyone who volunteered, visited, and picked a sunflower — for your kindness, your community spirit, and for helping us to continue to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families when they need it most."
