On the 22nd of July, the iconic duo Mark Hix & Mitch Tonks joined us, along with winemaker Sophia Bergqvist, in The Farm Table.
Throughout the evening, we were treated to stories about a lifetime of friendship through food whilst enjoying a menu that championed the beauty of simple ingredients grown, caught, farmed & foraged on our doorstep.
A big thank you to Mark and Mitch, it was truly amazing to have two renowned chefs create such a special evening; that was a true testament to everything that we value here in The Farm Table; with local and sustainable ingredients at the heart. Of course, the meal was not complete without the fantastic wines that Mitch & Mark created in collaboration with Sophia of Quinta de la Rosa. Thank you Sophia!
