Sunday morning was full of fun and flour as we were joined by Vicky and Amanda of Vicky's Bread to learn how to create the best sourdough by artisans themselves!
From feeding a sourdough culture, to mixing and proofing, we learnt everything we 'kneaded' to know!
Vicky was amazing giving us expert knowledge to help with this wonderful craft, answering everyone's questions and giving the best advice for baking!
Taking home our dough, another sourdough culture, a baking basket and a lovely Vicky's Bread tote, and tasting some amazing loaves... we really had an incredible morning!
For us, nothing says Spring like a delicious lamb roast accompanied by minted, seasonal veg and garlic butter new potatoes!
