Last week we hosted our Annual Supplier Harvest Supper Celebration in The Farm Table. An annual event that became a tradition and something that we all looked forward to each year. This was the first time we have been able to host the supper since 2019 due to the Covid pandemic, which made it extra special. Thank you to all who joined us to reignite the tradition and to host it in The Farm Table for the first time.
The Farm Table Head Chef, Tom, has created this delicious, festive recipe using red cabbage fresh from our fields and red wine from our Pebblebed Vineyard. A must try with your favourite slow-roasted joint.
