A fun and easy way to impress your family this Christmas!

1 Darts Farm Brussels sprouts stalks
Your preferred oil
Pancetta
Salt
1 tbsp Chilli jam
Using one of our Brussels sprouts stalks, remove the sprouts and wash them.
Cut your sprouts in half top to bottom and place in to a roasting tray, with a good drizzle of your preferred oil and a splash of water. Add in diced pancetta over the top and season lightly with salt.
Roast your sprouts at 200oc for 8-10 minutes or until they are well roasted with a good colour to them and the pancetta is crispy, now spoon over a generous portion of chilli jam and mix together well.
For us, nothing says Spring like a delicious lamb roast accompanied by minted, seasonal veg and garlic butter new potatoes!
