This wonderful recipe was from Michael Caines' cooking demonstration at our Festive Indulgence Evening. A delicious veggie option for all to enjoy!
300g red cabbage, finely sliced
80g balsamic vinegar
6tbsp red wine
1 onion, finely sliced
2 bay leaves
Mix all the ingredients together and marinade for 6 hours. Place in a pan and cook with the lid on until soft and tender. Check seasoning and serve.
