Ingredients

  • 2 of our Maste Butcher's Pork Tenderloin (approx 450g each)
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 garlic cloves

For the rub...

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

For the honey garlic sauce...

  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 7 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180c
  2. Mix all of you sauce ingredients together
  3. In a seperate bowl, mix the rub ingredients together and sprinkle over the pork
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven proof skillet or frying pan over a high heat. Add the pork and sear until golden all over
  5. When pork is almost seared, push to the side, add the garlic and cook until golden
  6. Pour the sauce in, turn the pork once and transfer immediately into the oven (If you are using an oven proof skillet, pop this straight in. If you are using a frying pan, transfer the pork into an oven proof dish with some of the juices - leaving plenty in the pan for later!)
  7. Roast for 20 minutes
  8. Remove the pork onto a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 5 minutes
  9. Place your skillet or frying pan back onto the hob over a medium heat, simmer rapidly for 3 minutes until the sauce resembles a thin syrup
  10.  Keeping the pan on the hob, cut your pork into thick slices and put into the pan, coating it in the sauce
  11. Serve with any left over sauce, creamy mash and seasonal greens!
