Ingredients

  • 4 Peaches
  • Olive Oil
  • Darts Raw Honey
  • Cow & Cacao Vanilla Gelato
  • House Granola 

Method

  1. Heat grill to a medium to high heat.
  2. Halve the peaches and brush lightly with oil.
  3. Lay the halved peaches, skin side up, over the grill for 3-4 mins or until the peaches have grill marks.
  4. Once grilled, remove and drizzle with honey.
  5. Scoop some of our vanilla gelato on to the grilled peach and top with some granola!
