Our Darts Farm beef mince, spiced up with the very best La Miri Harissa and piled onto cool garlicky yoghurt and topped with fresh, crunchy picked veg. A delicious summer supper. Scoop up with a warm flatbread. Ready in under 30 minutes.
500g Darts Farm beef mince
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp La Miri Harissa paste
1 shallot
Garlic Yoghurt:
3 big tbsp greek yoghurt
1 garlic clove
Half a lemon, juiced
Pickled veg:
Handful of radishes
1/4 of a cucumber
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Pinch salt
Pinch sugar
Water
Cube the cucumber and radish and add to a container with the remaining pickle ingredients and then top up so it’s just covered with water. Mix well and set aside.
Grate garlic into a bowl and top with lemon juice and salt. Add yoghurt, mix well and set aside.
Fry diced shallot in olive oil for a few minutes, then add minced garlic, tomato paste and harissa paste. Cook this out for a minute or so and then go in with your beef mince. Break it all up and cook it out so you get some crispy bits.
Spread the yoghurt on a plate, top with the beef mince, pickled veg, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, some fresh parsley and a big drizzle of olive oil! Serve with warm flatbreads!
Recipe- Nats Nourishments
Creamy & cheesy made with handpicked veg from our fields. This one is oozing with flavour, easy to make and even easier to devour!
Brisket is a perfect cut for long, slow cooking. This recipe keeps the boned brisket whole for maximum flavour and is cooked with winter vegetables and beef stock resulting in not only tender beef but a rather tasty rich dark gravy. We suggest serving it with creamy mashed potato!
